About Hot Ride:
- Hot Ride manufacturing and distribution, was founded in 2000 in Bakersfield, CA. Hot Ride was started to meet the needs of individual client as well as dealers with their specialized needs. Our team of professional engineers and designers take great pride in developing specialized products for our clients.
- Hot Ride sells, designs, manufactures and installs specialized off-road products. All of which are designed using state of the art computer modeling software (CAD/CAM). Our tubing is pre-modeled in the computer to insure proper fit and strength for it intended use. If you want a specialized design, just let us know and we will help you design and build it for you.
- POLARIS RANGER and RZR customers will be able to find a good selection of RANGER ACCESSORIES for their vehicles as well. We produce Lock & Ride accessories for the bed of RANGER XP in all the factory colors. If you are looking for a REAR SEAT SETUP using the ranger Lock & Ride, which enable quick installation and removal. We offer our seating setup usingSuspension Seats that use only the very best materials available today in the manufacturing of all our products, we will not accept anything less and neither should you. We also offer a RANGER BUCKET SEAT KIT that mounts an ice chest between the rear seats as well..
Orders:
- All orders will be shipped as soon as completed. If item ordered in not instock order will go out as soon as restocked. Orders with seats will take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery, unless stated when ordered that Hot Ride has your seat color and style is instock. If seat color and style are in instock, order should ship withing 1 to 2 weeks. Items instock will ship within 3 business days. You can pay a rush fee of 30%, plus additional shipping to recieve your order sooner (at Hot Ride's discretion).
Special Orders:
- Special Orders with seats will take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery, unless stated when ordered that Hot Ride has your seat color and style instock. Normal Special orderes will be built to customers needs in the order that the order is recieved, can ship as soon as next day to 5 weeks out depending upon the number of current orders. You can pay a rush fee of 30%, plus additional shipping to recieve your order sooner (at Hot Ride's discretion). NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS
Returns:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. In order to return defective merchandise for inspection, a RMA number is required. Contact Customer Service to acquire an RMA number. This RMA number must accompany any/all merchandise returned to Hot Ride. Hot Ride's determination of the defective nature of any Hot Ride product is final. Hot Ride will repair or replace any product or merchandise deemed defective due to manufacturing and not outside the scope of the Limited Warranty. Any requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS! Returns MUST be in NEW and UNUSED CONDITION in original packaging, if you mount it, you own it. All approved returns are subject to a 30% or $20 restocking fee (which ever is greater), plug all original shipping costs! No Exceptions! Shipping damage must be noted on the carrier's documents, and then reported to Hot Ride within 2 business days. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! A 4% credit card refund fee applies.
How to Return an Order:
- 1. Return the part in original box, packaging with the RMA Number and your name marked on the out side of the returned package.
- 2. Package the returned items securely and properly when shipping parts back to Hot Ride, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
- 3. All returns must be sent pre-paid. All foreign returns must be authorized in advance. No collect shipments will be accepted.
- 4. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.
- 5. Send all returns to: Hot Ride
- 6. We cannot accept returns on special ordered parts.
Limited Warranty:
Rear Seats
- All Rear Seat Products carry a 6 month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage to product due to negligence, neglect, accidents, improper mounting, fading or acts of god are not covered by warranty. Additionally, water, mud or sand damage to finish of parts are not covered by warranty. Proof of purchase and RMA number required for all warranty claims. Hot Ride, will repair or replace damaged merchandise due to manufacturing defects at our discretion. All warranty claims must be submitted directly to Hot Ride, Inc. and not its associated dealers. If the damaged unit is not covered under the warranty, an estimate will be given to client be for repair or replacement.
Glow Whip
- All Glow Whips Products carry a 6 month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage to product due to negligence, neglect, accidents, improper mounting or acts of god are not covered by warranty. Additionally, water or sand damage to electronic parts are not covered by warranty. Proof of purchase and RMA number required for all warranty claims. Hot Ride, will repair or replace damaged merchandise due to manufacturing defects at our discretion. All warranty claims must be submitted directly to Hot Ride, Inc. and not its associated dealers. If the damaged unit is not covered under the warranty, an estimate will be given to client be for repair or replacement.
Clothing & Apparel
- All Clothing & Apparel carry a customer satisfaction guarantee for 14 days and a 30 day Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage to product due to negligence, neglect, accidents, improper wearing, fading or acts of god are not covered by warranty. Additionally, water, mud or sand damage to clothing or apparel are not covered by warranty or customer satisfaction guarantee. Proof of purchase and RMA number required for all warranty claims. Hot Ride, will repair or replace damaged merchandise due to manufacturing defects at our discretion. All warranty claims must be submitted directly to Hot Ride, Inc. and not its associated dealers. If the damaged unit is not covered under the warranty, an estimate will be given to client be for repair or replacement.
Other Products
- All other Products sold by Hot Ride carry a customer satisfaction guarantee for 30 days and the Limited Warranty provided by the manufacture against manufacturing defects, for the period specified by the manufacture. Damage to product due to negligence, neglect, accidents, improper mounting or acts of god are not covered by warranty. Additionally, water or sand damage to electronic parts are not covered by warranty. Proof of purchase and RMA number required for all warranty claims. You must return the product to the manufacture, who will at their discretion repair or replace damaged merchandise due to manufacturing defects. All warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacture and not its associated dealers.
