Hot Ride manufacturing and distribution, was founded in 2000 in Bakersfield, CA. Hot Ride was started to meet the needs of individual client as well as dealers with their specialized needs. Our team of professional engineers and designers take great pride in developing specialized products for our clients.
Hot Ride sells, designs, manufactures and installs specialized off-road products. All of which are designed using state of the art computer modeling software SolidWorks with Finite Element Analysis, and CamWorks (CAD/CAM). Our tubing is pre-modeled in the computer to insure proper fit and strength for it intended use. If you want a specialized design, just let us know and we will help you design and build it for you.

All orders will be shipped as soon as completed. If item ordered in not in stock order will go out as soon as restocked. If seat color and style are in stock, order should ship within 1 to 2 weeks. Items in stock will ship within 3 business days. Special Orders with seats will take 1 to 4 weeks for delivery, unless stated when ordered that Hot Ride has your seat color and style in stock. Normal Special orders will be built to customers needs in the order that the order is received, can ship as soon as next day to 5 weeks out depending upon the number of current orders. We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. In order to return defective merchandise for inspection, a RMA number is required. Contact Customer Service to acquire an RMA number. This RMA number must accompany any/all merchandise returned to Hot Ride. Hot Ride's determination of the defective nature of any Hot Ride product is final. Hot Ride will repair or replace any product or merchandise deemed defective due to manufacturing and not outside the scope of the Limited Warranty. All requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS! Returns MUST be in NEW and UNUSED CONDITION in original packaging, if you mount it, you own it. How to Return an Order:
1. Return the part in original box, packaging with the RMA Number and your name marked on the out side of the returned package.
2. Package the returned items securely and properly when shipping parts back to Hot Ride, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return
shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
3. All returns must be sent pre-paid. All foreign returns must be authorized in advance. No collect shipments will be accepted.
4. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.

High Performance Aramid Fiber Belt. The tensile strength allows for higher load capability and new taper design dissipates clutch heat and provided larger contact patch for increased efficiency and less slippage.
The clutch kits allows for increased horse power to the rear wheels, by improving clutch efficiency. Rear wheel gains were achieved by clutching it to 5800-6500 RPM. Polaris Ranger RZR Performance Clutch kits come with replacement springs, weights and High Performance Aramid Fiber Belt. The clutch kits replace the stock belt with a 100 HP belt, as well as the new weights and springs. We also include a spacer kit with the clutch. This spacer decreases the space between the belt and shive. The increased clutch weights allow for mid and low end acceleration. 5850 is final drive RPM, with 26 inch tires the RZR. Stage 2 Clutch Kit This is necessary when adding the additional HP that comes with our RZR ECU, intake and RZR Full Exhaust. You can not increase power with out proper clutching. We increase the low end Drive squeeze, the RZR gains tremendous low and mid acceleration. 5850 is final Drive RPM, with 26 inch tires the RZR.

The super clutch! The 108 4-Pro utilizes four clutch weights rather than three, greatly enhancing tuneability. Arms can be used in sets of two, allowing you to zero in on the amount of weight desired, and a captivated tower allows the shouldered cover bolts to virtually eliminate tower spreading. A fourth load bearing member increases the roller and button life. New moveable sheave busing, higher heat and wear resistance also extends the clutch performance. The Engagement: can be set from 1750 to 5000 RPM's. This clutch increases Tuneability, High Heat Wear Resistance, Roller and Button Life Increased, and the 4 Pro Series Clutch can hold up to 200 HP. A bolt on assembly that can adjust belt and spider spacing with the turn of a tool. Comes with a spanner tool that fits the end of a ratchet.
POLARIS RZR RAGE VIII 8 ARM BILLET RACING PRIMARY CLUTCH

All new unique patented billet design. The concept of this design is to provide an improved amount of force to the belt approximately for the first 30% to 70% of the belts shift and then release the force once the vehicles momentum is established. This design solves the biggest problem that tuners face from years past-- belt slip and over revving during hard acceleration. Problem solved, Hang on!
The way it works:
All 8 cam arms engage at the same time providing over twice the amount of force to the belt. Once the movable sheave has shifted 30% to 70% of its now adjustable shift the four 1st stage cam arms sign off due to centrifugal force that holds them suspended above the movable sheaves rollers. This allows the four main cam arms to finish the shift and acquire the proper operating rpm.
We have spent many hours testing the RAGE VIII drive clutch on many different applications. Results of cooler clutches and performance gains even when adding larger tires or a turbo charger. We can now change and control the total shift in two ways. This Rage VIII will provide a more consistent shift curve along with more belt life.
Adjustment of the initial force of the shift can be done first is by adding more mass to the 1st stage arms and secondly by changing the roller diameters. Yes itís that simple. By decreasing the roller diameter the 1st stage arms let go of the shift earlier and by increasing the roller diameter the arms shift longer before release. The 1st stage arms can be removed thus changing the clutch into a single stage four arm .
The Rage VIII comes with 1st stage arms that are capable of adding adjustable weight to them as well for adjusting that killer hole shot. Also a set of two different size rollers will be provided. It also is capable of using stock Polaris cam arms or our own Super Tip Cam Arms. Cam arms and spring are not included.
OUTLANDER - RENEGADE TUNER DRIVEN CLUTCH
All billet construction capable of using compression springs with adjustable spring rate options. Helix angles of 35, 40, 45, 50 degrees available upon request when ordering. The dual roller option creates a very consistent smooth up shift and backshift. The encapsulated helix design keeps the driven from unloading, opening and going into high gear during downshifting, breaking and jumping. The use of the helix body to support the moveable sheave instead of towers keeps the whole assembly concentric and centered without twisting while under load. This is a tremendous upgrade over the stock driven.
Bolt on replacement for the troubled stock Driven clutch. The TUNER is made from T6061 aluminum and heat treated steel hub and towers. The movable sheave has reinforced towers for the higher HP applications when needed. It also has a belt deflection adjuster (no shims needed) and non wearing rollers. The TUNER wakes up the RZR creating better up shift and back shift. This bolt on will give your RZR a wake up call with eliminating belt heat that plagues the stock driven.
The Tuner comes with no spring or helix . We offer spring and helix combos for an additional fee.
The TUNER is available in 10.6, 11.0 and 11.25 diameters (Specify when ordering).

RZR / RZR-S Billet Roller Cage, font diff.
This Billet Roller Cage for the RZR/RZR-S front diff is machined to precise tolerances from aerospace grade aluminum that has been treated with military spec hard coat anodizing for better wear and lubricity which equals longer life and better operation. This is the only aftermarket billet roller cage available that is hard anodized and pre-assembled with new rollers and springs. Don't settle for cheap the imitations and "Good enough" quality that the other guys are selling- Do it right the first time and never look back. The stock unit is made from injection molded plastic and is prone to failure even under normal conditions.
This billet roller cage is made from 7075 billet aluminum and has twice the tensile strength of the competitors 6061-T6 aluminum cages. With some competitors aftermarket cages, there can be some frustration with the proper orientation of parts when trying to assemble the cage using the stock rollers and springs. Reusing the factory springs is not recommended as this will stress the springs and make them weaker. Having new springs and rollers pre-installed, like this billet cage, eliminates any of these problems and makes the install nearly impossible to mess up.

RZR / RZR-S Motor Mount Kit
Install the Hot Ride Mount Kit to prevent potential damage to your motor, diff or transmission cases. The stock rubber damped motor mounts on the Polaris RZR and RZR-S have shown to be weak and tear over time especially under heavier loads or aggressive driving. The soft rubber allows the engine, transmission and rear diff assembly to move or deflect too much and come in contact with the chassis causing potential damage.
The Hot Ride Motor Mounts are made using CNC machined 6061 Billet aluminum housing and incorporates a stout poly-graphite urethane isolator to limit vibration and decrease deflection.
This is a direct bolt in kit and does not require any modification for install. Sold in sets of 3
What is Poly-graphite and why do we use it?
Poly-graphite is polyurethane that has been impregnated with graphite so that it becomes self lubricating and eliminates that annoying squeak that you would get with other rubber or poly bushing's. The polyurethane bushing's are more rigid therefore much better at absorbing the twisting motion of the motor under load than traditional rubber, but is still forgiving enough to keep the smaller vibrations to a minimum.
