RZR Weber Engine Swap Specifications
Wasteland Performance RZR engine swap kits consist of a 75HP naturally aspirated engine, 100HP turbo engine kit, and a 130HP inter cooled turbo kit.
All Kits come with the following:
- Weber MPE 750 emgine
- New engine management system (ECU, sinsors)
- New Intake and Exhaust system
- Complete oil sump and cooling system
- 850 watt alternator
- All neccessary frame brackets, bolts, nuts, clamps, etc.

About Hot Ride:
- Hot Ride manufacturing and distribution, was founded in 2000 in Bakersfield, CA. Hot Ride was started to meet the needs of individual client as well as dealers with their specialized needs. Our team of professional engineers and designers take great pride in developing specialized products for our clients.
- Hot Ride sells, designs, manufactures and installs specialized off-road products. All of which are designed using state of the art computer modeling software SolidWorks with Finite Element Analysis, and CamWorks (CAD/CAM). Our tubing is pre-modeled in the computer to insure proper fit and strength for it intended use. If you want a specialized design, just let us know and we will help you design and build it for you.
- All Side X Side customers will be able to find a good selection of Safety Cages, Performance, Suspension, Seat Belt, Seats, Lighting and Other Accessories for their vehicles as well.
Orders:
- All orders will be shipped as soon as completed. If item ordered in not in stock order will go out as soon as restocked. Orders with seats will take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, unless stated when ordered that Hot Ride has your seat color and style is in stock. If seat color and style are in stock, order should ship within 1 to 2 weeks. Items in stock will ship within 3 business days. You can pay a rush fee of 30%, plus additional shipping to receive your order sooner (at Hot Ride's discretion).
Special Orders:
- Special Orders with seats will take 1 to 4 weeks for delivery, unless stated when ordered that Hot Ride has your seat color and style in stock. Normal Special orders will be built to customers needs in the order that the order is received, can ship as soon as next day to 5 weeks out depending upon the number of current orders. You can pay a rush fee of 30%, plus additional shipping to receive your order sooner (at Hot Ride's discretion). NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS
Returns:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. In order to return defective merchandise for inspection, a RMA number is required. Contact Customer Service to acquire an RMA number. This RMA number must accompany any/all merchandise returned to Hot Ride. Hot Ride's determination of the defective nature of any Hot Ride product is final. Hot Ride will repair or replace any product or merchandise deemed defective due to manufacturing and not outside the scope of the Limited Warranty. All requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS! Returns MUST be in NEW and UNUSED CONDITION in original packaging, if you mount it, you own it. All approved returns are subject to a 30% or $20 restocking fee (which ever is greater), plus all original shipping costs! No Exceptions! Shipping damage must be noted on the carrier's documents, and then reported to Hot Ride within 2 business days. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! A 4% credit card refund fee applies.
How to Return an Order:
- 1. Return the part in original box, packaging with the RMA Number and your name marked on the out side of the returned package.
- 2. Package the returned items securely and properly when shipping parts back to Hot Ride, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return
- shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
- 3. All returns must be sent pre-paid. All foreign returns must be authorized in advance. No collect shipments will be accepted.
- 4. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.
- 5. Send all returns to: Hot Ride
- 6. We cannot accept returns on special ordered parts.
RZR / RZR-S Big Bore Piston & Cylinder Kit 850cc (84.mm) 11:1 comp
This fully liquid cooled 84 mm cylinder is machined from billet aluminum and finished with tough nickel silicon carbide plated bores. Put it on top of a stock RZR engine and you've got 850cc of nearly unstoppable power. Machining the cylinder from billet offers increased wall thickness and improved coolant flow. The cylinder is offered as a kit (with 84mm pistons, rings, pins, clips, head and base gaskets) or by itself.
A Billet cam, lifters and valve spring kit are also available.

RZR / RZR-S Big Bore Piston & Cylinder Kit 787cc (81.5mm) 11:1 comp

Big Bore Piston & Cylinder Kit 787cc (81.5mm) 11:1 comp. Kroyer Racing Engines 81.5 mm Big Bore CP Piston Kit for Polaris RZR, (also fits Sportsman 800 Motor). Your stock Polaris motor is only 760cc, the Kroyer Racing Engines big bore kit will increase the bore size to 787cc and include a new cylinder that has already been bored and re-nikasil coated; (2) 81.5mm big bore pistons; new base gasket and big-bore head gasket. Increases power and torque throughout entire RPM range. Designed by Kroyer Racing Engines and distributed solely by Hot Ride.
Big Bore Cylinder Features:
- CNC bored cylinder ensures accuracy and consistency.
- Nickel Silicon Carbide cylinder coating (Nikasil)
- Refundable Core charge. Useable cylinder required for exchange -OR- $357.73 additional charge for new cylinder.
Piston Features
Each big bore piston is exclusively designed by Kroyer Racing Engines and machined from designated forging's on a state of the art 5-axis machine and is 45 grams lighter than the OEM pistons and 5 grams lighter than the closest competitor’s pistons.
- Dry Film Lubrication Coating on piston skirts for increased longevity and reduced friction.
- Oversized Valve Pockets designed to work with oversized valves.
- WPC hard treated wrist pins for extreme durability.
- Double Pin Oilers provide twice as much lubrication to the wrist pin.
- Anti Detonation Grooves limit the piston/cylinder contact during high temp and RPM.
- Accumulator Groove collects excess blow by and residual gases during combustion and alleviates top ring flutter while increasing ring seal.
- X-Forging. This design enables the use of a shorter pin for added strength and overall weight savings.
- Optimized Cam and Barrel= Tighter clearances; Less noise; Better ring seal; More power; Increased durability.
Each Kit includes: Bored and replated cylinder, Big Bore Piston kit, Gasket set, and new HRP Freeze Plug and a Piston Ring Compressor Tool.
