Orders with seats will take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, unless stated when ordered that Hot Ride has your seat color and style is in stock. If seat color and style are in stock, order should ship within 1 to 2 weeks. Items in stock will ship within 3 business days. You can pay a rush fee of 30%, plus additional shipping to receive your order sooner (at Hot Ride's discretion).

Special Orders:
  •      Special Orders with seats will take 1 to 4 weeks for delivery, unless stated when ordered that Hot Ride has your seat color and style in stock. Normal Special orders will be built to customers needs in the order that the order is received, can ship as soon as next day to 5 weeks out depending upon the number of current orders.  You can pay a rush fee of 30%, plus additional shipping to receive your order sooner (at Hot Ride's discretion). NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS

Returns:
  •     We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. In order to return defective merchandise for inspection, a RMA number is required. Contact Customer Service to acquire an RMA number. This RMA number must accompany any/all merchandise returned to Hot Ride. Hot Ride's determination of the defective nature of any Hot Ride product is final. Hot Ride will repair or replace any product or merchandise deemed defective due to manufacturing and not outside the scope of the Limited Warranty.  Any requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS! Returns MUST be in NEW and UNUSED CONDITION in original packaging, if you mount it, you own it. All approved returns are subject to a 30% or $20 restocking fee (which ever is greater), plus all original shipping costs! No Exceptions! Shipping damage must be noted on the carrier's documents, and then reported to Hot Ride within 2 business days. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! A 4% credit card refund fee applies.

Order Form
   This 3 Person Rear Seat setup uses the Polaris Rangers Lock & Ride system with a BS Sand Black Bench Suspension Seat.  Cage can be Silver, Red, Black, or Wrinkle Black.  This rear seat structure can be installed and removed within minutes by flipping 4 Lock & Ride locks. There is also a 2 bolt safety bed lock, that keeps the bed from tilting with passengers in the rear seat. Head Rest and Cage Options NOT Available on this special!
